About change and amendment of budget classification
According to Art. 7 the paragraph (5) the Law on budget system and budget process No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996 and for the purpose of regulation and improvement of procedure for reflection of separate budget indicators I ORDER:
Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to enter the following amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:
1. In appendix No. 3 "Economic classification of expenses of the budget" to add the article 136 "Transfers Abroad" with subarticle 04 in the following edition:
"136.04" Share in the foreign capital"".
2. In appendix No. 9 "Methodical instructions for application of economic classification of expenses of the budget" after the description of the article 136.03 "Other Transfers Abroad" to introduce Article 136.04 in the following edition:
"On 136.04 "Share in the foreign capital" expenses on payment of share in the foreign capital in the international organizations which member is the Republic of Moldova belong".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
