In the subitem "l" of Item 2 of Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of the water biological resources and (or) the agreement of use of water biological resources approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 12, 2008 No. 602 "About approval of Rules of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of the agreement on fixing of shares of quotas of production (catch) of water biological resources and (or) the agreement of use of water biological resources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 33, Art. 3864; 2009, No. 25, Art. 3055; 2012, No. 18, Art. 2229; No. 38, Art. 5121; 2013, No. 4, Art. 289; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1537; No. 36, of the Art. 5049) shall be replaced with words the words "including concerning anadromous species of fish in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation" "except for agreements concerning anadromous species of fish in internal sea waters of the Russian Federation, in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation and in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
