About modification of the Technique of forming of capable territorial communities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 2015 No. 214 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 33, the Art. 963), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Technique of forming of solvent territorial communities

1. State Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Regional State Administration develop according to this Technique with attraction in case of need representatives of local government bodies, bodies of self-organization of the population and the public of the corresponding administrative and territorial units:

draft of the perspective plan;

the passport of solvent territorial communities in form according to appendix.";

2. In Item 13:

in the paragraph the second words and figures "it is constituted in scale 1:2000 - 1:10000," to exclude;

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"List of solvent territorial communities.".

3. State Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. The draft of the perspective plan is approved by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the relevant regional council and submitted in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine together with passports of solvent territorial communities for its approval.".
