The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2006 No. 1025 "About measures for implementation of the orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for further enhancement of the state language policy this to the Government at the XII session of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 40, the Art. 123).
