About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 "About licensing" (further – the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. According to procedure for licensing provision of inserts of the license can be provided also for compliance to other requirements and conditions established by these procedures.".
Article 2. To add article 34 of the Law with part 8 of the following content:
"8. All provisions provided by this Law, concerning suspension of action of the license do not extend to action of the licenses granted for implementation of the highest professional (the bachelor, the master) of educational programs (except for the highest medical educational programs).".
Article 3. To add article 37 of the Law with part 13 of the following content:
"13. Provisions of this Article, except for provisions of parts 8-12 of this Article, do not extend to action of the licenses granted for implementation of the highest professional (the bachelor, the master) of educational programs (except for the highest medical educational programs).".
Provisions of parts 8-12 of this Article extend to action of the licenses granted for implementation of the highest professional (the bachelor, the master) of educational programs (except for the highest medical educational programs) in that degree in what they are applicable and do not contradict provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the higher and postgraduate professional education".".

Article 5. Transitional provisions
1. The licenses granted before entry into force of this Law for implementation of educational programs for which based on this law there are new conditions and requirements (including the licenses granted earlier for the highest professional educational programs, except for the highest medical professional educational programs) in 6-month term after entry into force of this Law are subject to renewal. In case of not renewal of licenses in the specified term the state authorized body of department of education suspends licenses.
2. In case of renewal of licenses in the term specified regarding 1 this Article the state fee for renewal of the license established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" is not levied.
Article 6. This Law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
