About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 9, 2015 No. 363

For the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine, protection of interests of creditors and investors and assistance to ensuring timely accomplishment of obligations of banks of Ukraine, being guided by Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 42, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. "About measures for change of conditions of use of the credits for maintenance of liquidity of banks and transactions of repo" (with changes) to state Item 10 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 9, 2015 to No. 363 in the following edition:

"10. To department of maintenance of the credits (Loychenko T. Yu.) provide the conclusion of agreements on modification of credit agreements, agreements of pledge/mortgage and/or new agreements of pledge/mortgage on the credits for maintenance of liquidity under programs of financial improvement and to the credits for preserving liquidity of banks according to this resolution till December 25, 2015".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Pisaruk A. V.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
