About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. In the first and second paragraphs of part 7 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" (further – the Law) words of "state registration of the entrepreneur" shall be replaced with words ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 "the state accounting of the entrepreneur".
Article 2. In article 27 of the Law:

2) words of part 2 "having attached the relevant documents confirming the specified data" shall be replaced with words "in case of the individual entrepreneur – having attached data on the state registration number, and in case of physical person - the relevant documents confirming the specified data".
Article 6. Regarding 1 article 33 of the Law:
1) the second offer to state in the following edition: "Legal entities specify the state registration number in the request.",
2) to remove the third offer.
Article 7. To add part 2 of article 46 of the Law after words of "state registration" with the words "or state accounting".
