Article 1. Article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-193 of May 30, 2001 "About licensing" to add with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. To persons who obtained licenses of the types of activity specified in Items 3-7 and 11 of the Section "18." Tables of this Article, more than 10 percent of turnover of realization by means of control cash registers following the results of any month are forbidden to reflect other fields of activity. In case of exceeding of the boundary sum determined by this part the responsibility measures provided for implementation of type of activity, which is subject to licensing without license are applied to specified persons.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2013.
