For the purpose of development and content of the automated system of registration of pledges of personal estate, providing proper material and technical resources of mortgage registration offices of the Kyrgyz Republic, creation of necessary conditions for their normal activities, social protection and guarantees of workers of system of mortgage offices of the republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the following amount of charges:
- for pledge registration - 200 som;
- for modification of the registered pledge - 100 som;
- for receipt of information - 100 som.
2. Determine that the registration fees of pledge of personal estate accumulate on the special account of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
