About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2013 No. 570 and of November 8, 2014 No. 1055
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2013 No. 570 "About some questions of construction of premises" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 5/37508) to be reworded as follows 2013, it (is applied);
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2014 No. 1055 "About measures for task performance for 2015 on construction of apartment houses, amounts of commissioning and financing of construction of housing and objects of engineering and transport infrastructure in 2016" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.11. 2014, 5/39679):
to state subitem 5.3 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.3. to issue to banks of the Republic of Belarus in 2015-2016 on representations of local executive and administrative organs at the expense of own means the credits for construction (reconstruction) of premises on the conditions determined by banks on the rates reduced by 50 percent of refunding rate of National Bank, to the citizens staying on the registry of the housing conditions needing improvement with compensation of losses of banks at the expense of means of the republican budget in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank which developed in the accounting period;";
to state subitem 6.3.2 of Item 6 in the following edition:
"6.3.2. to banks of the Republic of Belarus of the losses connected with provision according to subitem 5.3 of Item 5 of this resolution of the credits for construction (reconstruction) of premises on the conditions determined by banks on the rates reduced by 50 percent of refunding rate of National Bank, to the citizens staying on the registry of the housing conditions needing improvement in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank which developed in the accounting period.";
to be reworded as follows appendices 1-13, 15-17 to this resolution (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
