1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2011 No. 24 "About determination of procedure for price indexation on natural gas and rates for electrical and heat energy" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 32, 8/23423; No. 46, 8/23580; No. 108, 8/24199):
subitem 1.1 in paragraph one the word Beltransgaz shall be replaced with words "Gazprom Transgaz Belarus";
subitem 1.2 in paragraph one to replace formula "Tn = Tb x (0,11 + 0,89 of KN/KB)" with formula "Tn = Tb x (0,19 + 0,81 of KN/KB)";
subitem 1.3 in paragraph one to replace formula "Tn = Tb x KN/KB)" with formula "Tn = Tb x (0,05 + 0,95 of KN/KB)";
