About introduction of amendments to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection" on strengthening of social protection of families of People killed during Euromaidan

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, of Art. 425 with subsequent changes) after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"families of persons, dead or dead owing to wounds, mutilations, contusions or other injuries of health received during participation in Advantage revolution.

The paragraph the fourteenth this Item does not extend to families of employees of militia, persons serving in law enforcement agencies of special purpose, the military personnel of internal troops, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming, the dead or the dead owing to wounds, mutilation, contusion or other injuries of health received on duty, connected with Advantage revolution events".

With respect thereto the fourteenth - the twentieth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixteenth - the twenty second.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in month from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
