About modification of Item 24 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Item 24 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

in paragraph one of the word "are located in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation" shall be replaced with words "in the territory of which public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers";

add with the subitem 4 following of content:

"Temporarily, before return of settlements under control of the government to offset 4) in special fund of the government budget according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, remaining balance of means of local budgets of settlements in the territory of which public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers, the Treasuries of Ukraine considered as of September 1, 2015 on accounts in bodies, having allowed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to approved by it rather to allocate such funds in the form of subvention from the government budget to the corresponding regional budgets of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions for recovery of objects of social and transport infrastructure, housing stock and systems of ensuring life activity, including their content, in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and also for their social and economic development".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
