Some questions of provision of information from the State register of the rights to real estate
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that before introduction of identification of physical persons and legal entities for the purpose of receipt of information from the State register of the rights to real estate in electronic form with use of data of the State register of physical persons - taxpayers or with use of electronic system of identification of "Bank ID" using base of client these banks, identification of such persons is performed by their registration on the official site of the Ministry of Justice with obligatory specifying of data on surname, name and middle name (in the presence), registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer, series and passport number of the citizen of Ukraine. If user is the physical person which is acting for the benefit of the legal entity data on full name of the corresponding legal entity, its identification code according to EGRPOU are in addition specified.
3. Provide to the public fiscal service with information and telecommunication means in real time by means of the State register of physical persons taxpayers identification of the physical persons performing registration on the official site of the Ministry of Justice for the purpose of receipt of information from the State register of the rights to real estate in electronic form according to the data on registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer specified in case of such registration.
4. Recommend to National Bank to consider question of introduction of electronic system of identification of "Bank ID" that uses base of client these banks, for the purpose of identification of the physical persons and legal entities wishing to obtain information from the State register of the rights to real estate in electronic form.
