1. Make change to Item 13 of the Standard technological scheme of the omission through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 21, 2012 No. 451 "Omission questions through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of the carriers and goods moved with them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1546, No. 91, Art. 3674; 2013, Art. No. 63 2297), having stated to paragraph one in the following edition:

"13. Duration of implementation of types of control at check points or Items of control, as a rule, shall not exceed the temporary norms of control by officials of such bodies performing the functions at check points or Items of control determined by limiting monitoring bodies and shall be such to provide carrying out minimum of the formalities necessary for implementation of the corresponding type of control.".

2. To the Ministry of Finance, the Public fiscal service, Administration of the State Border Service, the Ministry of infrastructure, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Culture to bring within a month own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
