About modification of the Regulations on Federal state fire supervision

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Bring in the Regulations on federal state fire supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2012 No. 290 "About federal state fire supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 17, the Art. 1964), the following changes:

a) state the subitem "g" in the following edition:

"d) the chief state fire supervision inspectors of subjects of the Russian Federation are chiefs of territorial authorities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response - bodies, specially authorized to solve problems of civil defense and task according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations on subjects of the Russian Federation;";
