d) state part 7 in the following edition:

"7. Officials of local government bodies which list is established by the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to constitute protocols on the administrative offenses provided by part 1 of Article 19. 4, Article 19.4. 1, part 1 of Article 19. 5, Article 19.7 of this Code, when implementing municipal control, and about the administrative offenses provided by Articles 5. 21, 15.1, 15.11, 15.14 - 15.15.16, part 1 of Article 19. 4, Article 19.4. 1, part 20 of Article 19. 5, Articles 19.6 and 19.7 of this Code, - when implementing municipal financial control.".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 41-FZ "About Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 14, Art. 1649; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6151) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 14 to add 1) with Item 10.1 of the following content:

"10. 1) is performed by information data exchange about persons brought to the administrative responsibility, with the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the financial and budget sphere, according to the procedure, established by the agreement on cooperation;";

2) in Article 26:

a) regarding 1 word to "public authorities, other state bodies, heads of other objects of audit (control)" shall be replaced with words to "heads of objects of audit (control)", "official" to exclude the word;

b) in part 4 the word "is considered" to replace with the word executed", the words "public authority, other state body" to exclude;

3) in Article 27:

c) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. In the instruction of Audit Chamber the bases for its removal, information on the revealed shortcomings and violations of the law of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts, requirements about taking measures to their elimination, and also elimination of the reasons and conditions of such shortcomings and violations, terms of accomplishment of the specified instruction and responsibility for its failure to carry out shall be specified.";
