About modification and amendments in the resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of October 17, 2014 No. 10 "About application by courts of the legislation on court costs on civil cases"

Due to the changes which happened in the legislation of Ukraine and the questions which arose in court practice for the purpose of ensuring the correct and uniform application by courts of rules of law, being guided by Item 6 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", the plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases decides:

Bring in the resolution of plenum of the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases of October 17, 2014 No. 10 "About application by courts of the legislation on court costs on civil cases" such changes and amendments:

1. Third Item 10 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"If claim of non-property nature is submitted at the same time by several claimants to one or several defendants, court fee is paid by each claimant the separate payment document in the sizes established according to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 No. 3674-VI "About court fee" for submission of the claim of non-property nature".

2. The paragraph one of Item 11 to state in the following edition:
