Recognize invalid orders of the State committee of archives of Ukraine of April 25, 2002 as No. 32 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the public archive institutions of the help to legal entities and physical persons which are owners of documents of National Archive Fund, in improvement of storage conditions, restoration, preservation, creation of insurance fund and fund of use of documents", No. 5 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 2002 for No. 457/6745, of January 15, 2003 "About approval of the Regulations on creation and accounting of copies of insurance fund of the unique documents which are not property of the state", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 4, 2003 at No. 88/7409 (with changes), of November 25, 2008 No. 238 "About approval of the Regulations on urgent restoration, repair or preservation of unique documents", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2008 at No. 1209/15900.
