According to part three of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" for the purpose of refining of procedure for the organization of the direction of patients on sanatorium treatment in the Public special service of transport I order:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about the organization of sanatorium providing in the Public special service of transport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 41, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2012 on No. 230/20543, which are applied.

2. To department to ensure safety on transport:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Shulmeyster V. Yu.
