About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning enhancement of activities of law enforcement agencies and procedure for passing of law-enforcement service

Item 1 of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) at the request of competent organizations of foreign states with participation of other law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to give legal assistance concerning issue, criminal prosecution, carrying out investigative actions, transfer of convicts, persons suffering from mental disturbances for performing forced treatment, on accomplishment of other actions directed to the prevention, identification and control of offenses, search of criminals, execution of punishments;

To send 7) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to competent organizations of foreign states of the order, petition, request of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on rendering legal assistance concerning issue, criminal prosecution, carrying out investigative actions, transfer of convicts, persons suffering from mental disturbances for performing forced treatment, on accomplishment of other actions directed to the prevention, identification and control of offenses, search of criminals, execution of punishments;";
