2) booking of persons liable for call-up - fixing of manpower to state bodies and the organizations for ensuring their smooth operation during mobilization, warlike situation and in wartime;

3) military-economic doctrines - form of preparation of state bodies, organizations, administrative and territorial units, the population and Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, special state bodies to functioning of the state during mobilization, warlike situation and in wartime;

4) mobilization - complex of the nation-wide actions connected with transfer of state bodies, organizations, Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, the populations, the territories and economies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the mode of warlike situation (general mobilization) or their any part (partial mobilization);
