About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735, No. 77, Art. 2196, No. 103, Art. 3035), following changes:

add §38 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The draft of the act concerning simplification of conditions of business (deregulation) which developer is the Ministry of Economic Development is approved by the interested bodies instantly, but no more than five days.";

the name and paragraph one §55-2 to state in the following edition:

"§55-2. Consideration at cabinet meeting of drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers on urgent questions and concerning simplification of conditions of business (deregulation)

In urgent cases, and also concerning simplification of conditions of business (deregulation) the Prime Minister or the minister in coordination with the Prime Minister can submit during the cabinet meeting for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers the draft of the act without observance of requirements of these Regulations regarding approval and consultations, conducting legal examination by Ministry of Justice, consideration at meeting of government committee.".
