emphasizing that the relations of friendship and cooperation promote common interests of both states and interests of the world and safety around the world;
expressing interest in observance of the international requirements about restriction of distribution of regular types of arms;
for the purposes of strengthening of fight against terrorism and non-admission of receipt to terrorists of mobile surface-to-air missile systems,
agreed as follows:
