Bring in the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1:

in Item 1.4:

in the first offer of the word of "bank in compliance with requirements of the bank law of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "/transitional bank in compliance with requirements of the bank law of Ukraine concerning observance of standard rates of the capital and liquidity";
