Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning efficiency evaluation of activities of control and supervising and licensing authorities.

1. In Rules of preparation of reports on implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control in the corresponding fields of activity and about efficiency of such control (supervision), approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 5, 2010 No. 215 "About approval of Rules of preparation of reports on implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control in the corresponding fields of activity and about efficiency of such control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 15, Art. 1807; 2011, No. 13, Art. 1773; 2012, No. 13, Art. 1533):
a) the paragraph one of Item 3 after the words "for accounting year" to add with the words "by specific type of such control (supervision)";
b) to add Item 6 of appendix No. 1 after the paragraph of the nineteenth with the text of the following content:
"the relation of the amount of the collected administrative penalties to the total amount of the imposed administrative penalties (as a percentage);
the average size of the imposed administrative penalty including on officials and legal entities (in thousand rubles);
