About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 53

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 53 "About approval of the nomenclature and goods quantity, transaction on import and to which export are performed according to the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on movement of goods within cooperation in development of space, creation and operation space-rocket and rocketry" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 9, the Art. 328, No. 99, Art. 4009; 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1479) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 53

1. In Item 1 of the word and figures "till January 1, 2015" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till January 1, 2018".

2. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that subjects of managing which perform transactions on commodity importation from customs area of the Russian Federation on customs area of Ukraine according to the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on movement of goods within cooperation in development of space, creation and operation space-rocket and rocketry of February 11, 2001 give monthly to the 10th to the territorial authority of the Public fiscal service which performed customs clearance of goods, the report on use of goods on their appointment on the form approved by the Ministry of Finance approved with the State space agency.

Territorial authorities of the Public fiscal service and representation of the general customer of the State space agency exercise in accordance with the established procedure control of import by subjects of managing to customs area of Ukraine of goods and their proper use.

In case of identification of the facts of use of goods not to destination territorial authorities of the Public fiscal service take measures to charge and collection of outstanding amounts of import duty, value added tax, penalties and penalty fee according to the procedure and the sizes determined by the Tax code of Ukraine and the Customs code of Ukraine.".
