About modification of the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data concerning implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 10 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation of administrative data concerning implementation of activities by organizers of trade, promulgation of information and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 for No. 1738/22050 (with changes) (further - the Provision), the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

add Chapter 2 with new Item of the following content:

"5. Information according to the list which is determined in Chapter 1 of this Section shall be promulgated in the round-the-clock mode on own website of the organizer of trade on the global information Internet within three years from the date of its promulgation.";

2) in the Section III:

in Chapter 1:

the fourth Item 1 to exclude the paragraph.
