About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulations of the Tax code of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.06.2016 No. 351

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 01, 2011 No. 172 "About approval of the Procedure for compensation by banks of Ukraine of bad debt for the provision account", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2011 for No. 722/19460;

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 4, 2012 No. 405 "About modification of the Procedure for compensation by banks of Ukraine for bad debt for the provision account", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 23, 2012 for No. 1772/22084.

3. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

4. The resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2015.
