Establish transaction price of barter by the electric power with the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan in the amount of 0, 0000001 US dollars for 1 (one) kilowatt/hour concluded between limited liability partnerships "Almatyenergosbyt", "Samga Development" from the Republic of Kazakhstan with Power plants open joint stock company from the Kyrgyz Republic, Energopotok limited liability partnership from the Republic of Kazakhstan with open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" from the Republic of Tajikistan in case of observance of conditions of interchange by the electric power in equivalent amount within one calendar year.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
