For the purpose of improvement of quality of preserving national cultural heritage the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Join on the conditions determined by the Charter of the International center of studying of questions of preserving and recovery of cultural values it (is applied), to the International center of studying of questions of preserving and recovery of cultural values, membership in which becomes effective for Ukraine in thirty days after receipt by the Director-General of the United Nations for education, science and culture (UNESCO) of the official declaration of Ukraine about accession.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to send to the Director-General of the United Nations for education, science and culture (UNESCO) the official declaration of Ukraine about accession to the International center of studying of questions of preserving and recovery of cultural values.
