About approval of Changes to Regulations on concentration
According to Item 7, to item 4 of part one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided 11 parts three of Article:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for filing of applications in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine about preliminary receipt of permission to concentration of subjects of managing (Regulations on concentration) approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of February 19, 2002 No. 33-r, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2002 at No. 284/6572, which are applied.
2. To submit to department of competition policy this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
