1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out separate currency transactions, connected, with capital movement, according to appendix.
2. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid "Procedure for carrying out the currency transactions connected with capital movement", N36 approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 22, 1993 (рег. N40 of 08.04.1994), and also the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 16, 2004 N22/4.
3. Enact this resolution after 10 days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
