About some measures in the field of the organization of rendering by state bodies and the legal entities of the public law of electronic services created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic

Based on "The state program on development of communication and information technologies in the Azerbaijan Republic for 2010-2012 (Electronic Azerbaijan)", and also other regulatory legal acts adopted in connection with development of information and communication technologies the legal base in the field of rendering by state bodies to the population the electronic services conforming to international standards was created.
Ensuring modern and flexible management, increase in transparency in activities of state bodies and the legal entities of the public law and elimination of the phenomena creating conditions for corruption created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic requires rendering electronic services to the population.
Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of the organization of electronic services and acceleration of process of application of the digital signature I decide:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time to establish rules of rendering by the central executive bodies and the legal entities of the public law of electronic services in specific spheres created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic and types of service.
2. To the central executive bodies and the legal entities of the public law created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to perform the following measures for the organization of electronic services:
