No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and the Art. 25, 27 and 40 Laws on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

In Chapter IV, Item 13, the Regulations on connection or absorption of banks of the Republic of Moldova approved by the decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 143 of June 2, 2000 (2012, Art. No. 104-108, 673), with subsequent changes and amendments, figure "30" in both cases to replace Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova with figure "35".
