About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In Item 2) article 24 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (repeated publication: 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes, line item "The national center for fight against corruption" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Art. II. – In the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 209-211, 683), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. Part (Article 4 to add 1) with Item f) the following content:

"f) carrying out operational and strategic analysis of the acts of corruption adjacent to corruption of acts and facts of corruption behavior, information on analytical researches of the phenomenon of corruption.".

2. Add Article 6 with Items m) and n) the following content:

"m) process according to the legislation personal data, including for the purpose of information strategic analysis;

n) create and administer institutional magazines, information systems and databases within the competence.".

3. In Article 7:

4. State Article 8 in the following edition:

"Article 8. Position assignment and dismissal of the director of the Center
