According to Item 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", in pursuance of Item 2, of parts two and the seventh article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the measures directed to assistance of capitalization and restructuring of banks" for the purpose of refining of information which is provided by applicants on concentration of subjects of managing and reductions of regulatory legal acts of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided 8 parts one of Article:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for filing of applications in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine about preliminary receipt of permission to concentration of subjects of managing (Regulations on concentration) approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of February 19, 2002 No. 33-r, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2002 at No. 284/6572, which are applied.

2. Submit to legal department this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
