1. Approve the Payment procedure of works on carrying out checking of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment which are in operation and cost determinations of such works which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2012 No. 805 "About approval of the Payment procedure of metrological works and services and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine 2012, No. 65, the Art. 2666).

3. This resolution becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of June 5, 2014 No. 1314-VII "About metrology and metrological activities".
