1. Make the following change to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the State qualifier of payment turnover" of November 30, 2007 No. 51/4" of August 12, 2015 No. 43/2:

to state item 4 of the above-stated resolution in the following edition:

"4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.".

2. To management of payment systems of National Bank to bring this resolution to the attention of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic B. Zh. Zheenbayeva.
