About additional measures for social protection of citizens
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 758 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market (the relation during transition period)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 79, the Art. 2651, No. 81, the Art. 2702) changes which are applied.
2. For the purposes of provision to the population of housing subsidies for payment of natural gas during the period from October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 (inclusive) amount of natural gas on preferential marginal retail price on natural gas which is used by residential customers for individual heating or in a complex (individual heating, cooking and/or heating of water), is distributed monthly by equal parts.
3. And to public joint stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" to provide to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, the Ministry of social policy, Public service on emergency situations with participation of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities monitoring of amount of consumption of natural gas which is used by residential customers for individual heating or in a complex (individual heating, cooking and/or heating of water), tax till February 20, 2016. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the report on amount of consumption of the specified natural gas delivered to residential customers on marginal retail price with relevant proposals and to carry out explanatory work among the population.
