About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About financial accounting"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 15, 2005
Article 1. "About financial accounting" (on December 26, 2002, ZR-515-N) to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Features of distribution of the rights and obligations between governing bodies of banks and the chief accountant or person performing similar obligations in the field of the organization and the conducting financial accounting of bank established in Chapter III of this law are established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About banks and banking activity"".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
