The form of the certificate of birth is approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of forms of assembly books of state registration of acts of civil status and forms of the certificates granted based on entries in these books".".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
