About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 827

According to the paragraph the second Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 827 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of highways" the following changes:

a) third Item 3.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Renewal of the project documentation developed and approved before entry into force of the Technical regulation is not required;";

b) add with subitems 3.3-1 and 3.3-2 of the following content:

"3.3-1. Till September 1, 2016 production and release into the stream of commerce on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which were not subject about day of entry into force of the Technical regulation to obligatory assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements established by the acts of the Eurasian economic commission entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union or the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union without documents on obligatory assessment of conformity and not marked national mark of conformity (market access mark) is allowed;

3.3-2. Till September 1, 2016 development and approval of the project documentation based on regulatory legal acts of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union adopted before entry into force of the Technical regulation is allowed;".
