About amendment of nominal structure of Council of the state internal financial control
According to provisions lit.b) Art. 29 and the item (3) Art. 30 of the Law No. 229 of September 23, 2010 on the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 231-234, 730) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve amendment in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 114 of October 12, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 237-241, the Art. 1379), with the subsequent amendments and changes, namely:
- include two line items in the following edition:
"10. Angela Voronin is deputy chief, head department of the State Treasury, the Ministry of Finance;
11. Tatyana Fondos is the internal auditor, service of internal audit, the State office;";
- the line item 10 becomes line item 12.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
