in the Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
add with Chapter 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Interaction of structural divisions and subordinated organizations when carrying out legal monitoring
32-1. Structural divisions and the subordinated organizations of the Ministry perform legal monitoring concerning the regulatory legal acts adopted by the Ministry and (or) developer of which the Ministry was, and also the acts which are within the competence of the Ministry No. 964 is performed according to the Law on the NPA and the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2011 (further - Rules No. 964).
