About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union in the relation vanadium - aluminum ligature

According to articles 43 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 7 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.22 of the following content:

"7.1.22. The vanadium-aluminum ligature classified by code 8112 92 910 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, intended for production of titanic ingots, alloys and slabs and imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan during the period from June 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 inclusive of no more than 300 tons in 2015 and no more than 600 tons in 2016 on condition of provision in customs authorities of confirmation of purpose of the imported goods issued by authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan and containing data on goods quantity and the organizations performing delivery and import of such goods.".

In Item 15 of the Procedure for application of exemption of customs duties when importing separate types of goods to single customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 728, of figure "7.1.21" to replace with figures "7.1.22".
