For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of the accumulation pension funds according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investment of means for financing of investment part of the state pension on the national social insurance in the Kyrgyz Republic" and "About the accumulation pension funds in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for submission of information on structure and the list of founders, shareholders (participants) of managing company according to appendix.

2. The managing companies exercising trust management of means of pension accruals open information on structure and the list of founders, shareholders (participants) within thirty days from the effective date of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
