About approval of Changes in the Procedure for registration of receipt of courts to seaport, provisions of permission to exit of courts to the sea and registrations of exit of courts from seaport

According to the Convention on simplification of international maritime traffic of 1965 (with amendments), the Directive 2010/65/EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 20, 2010 about formality on provision of data on the courts arriving and/or leaving from ports of state members which cancels the Directive 2002/6/EU to the Directive of the European Parliament and Council 2002/59/EU of June 27, 2002, establishes system of Community of supervision of movement of courts and informing and cancels the Directive of Council 93/75/EEC, to Articles 78, of 90, of 91 Maritime Code of Ukraine, "About seaports of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of safety on sea and river transport I ORDER to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for registration of receipt of courts to seaport, provisions of permission to the exit of courts to the sea and registrations of exit of courts from seaport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of June 27, 2013 No. 430, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 2013 for No. 1230/23762, which are applied.

2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
