Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. The standard regulations of local public administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 No. 2263 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 2456; 2007, No. 83, the Art. 3072) to add with Item 77 of the following content:

"77. Heads of the local state administrations approve the decision on determination of priorities and work plans of territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, including structural divisions of territorial authorities of the ministries, other central executive bodies providing realization of powers of other central executive bodies (except decisions on determination of priorities and work plans of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Antimonopoly Committee, Goskomstat, State financial inspection in case of their education). In case of failure to provide in the time of offers established by territorial authorities of the central executive bodies such decisions and work plans are considered as approved.".
