About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Government representative for anti-corruption policy

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment up to standard of the tasks assigned to the Government representative for anti-corruption policy the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Government representative for anti-corruption policy of change which are attached.

Changes which are made to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Government representative for anti-corruption policy

1. Item 2 of the Procedure for conducting office investigation concerning persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 13, 2000 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 24, Art. 1004; 2007, No. 53, Art. 2168; 2009, No. 47, Art. 1575; 2010, No. 1, the Art. 2912), after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Office investigation concerning persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state can be initiated by the Government representative for anti-corruption policy who for this purpose addresses with the relevant proposal the Prime Minister of Ukraine. If investigation concerns the questions which are within the competence of the Government representative in it have the right to take part the Government representative or his representatives.".
